Chef Jim Hinger’s love of breads and pastries started in the kitchens of Walt Disney World, after graduating with highest honors from Le Cordon Bleu. Working alongside some of the most talented international pastry chefs, Chef Jim acquired a skillful mastery of high-volume pastry production. Chef Jim now calls NC his home, where he led the production team for a renowned Master Baker of La farm Bakery in Cary, NC.
